Our introduction to floristry is ideal for complete beginners who would like to learn about flower arranging and for those who are considering floristry as a career as a starting point.
 
We will go a little more in depth on each workshop learning about sourcing flowers and sundries, flower care, different techniques, quantities of flowers for each design, different designs mediums, working with colours and textures.
 
This is an evening course and will run every Wednesday 7pm- 9pm over 4 sessions starting Wednesday 9th Octoober 2024. 
The sessions will be: 
1. Hand tied bouquets. 
You will learn how to create a beautiful spiralled hand tied bouquet and gift wrap it so it stands in water. 
2. Table decoration. 
You will create a beautiful round table display in a container. 
3.  Table scape.
For this workshop we will explore some different ideas for arranging a long table. A selection of jars will be available and we will work together to create the table display. 
4. Seasonal wreath. 
You will create a beautiful summer wreath on a moss base using seasonal materials. We will also talk about the other seasons, summer, autumn and winter. 
Cost of the Course is £395.00 includes all flowers and materials needed.
