The Floristry Career Reset.

An in-person career-change programme for people ready to build a floristry business with confidence, clarity, and care.

You don’t need a new hobby.

You need work that fits who you are now.

If you’ve found yourself drawn to flowers — not casually, but persistently — it’s often a sign that something deeper is shifting.

Many people who come to floristry are:

  • Changing direction later than they expected

  • Returning to work after raising children

  • Wanting something creative and meaningful

  • Craving work that fits around family and real life

  • Wondering if it’s “too late” to begin

The Floristry Career Reset was created for this exact moment.

This is not a casual course

It’s a supported career change

The Floristry Career Reset is a £3,000, in-person programme designed for beginners and career changers who want to move into floristry professionally — without rushing, without pressure, and without having to figure everything out alone.

You’ll learn:

  • Professional floristry skills

  • How different floristry paths really work (weddings, funerals, everyday floristry)

  • The business foundations you actually need

  • How to price properly and sustainably

  • How to build confidence as you grow

This programme is intentionally small, personal, and taught in person so you’re properly supported every step of the way.

About your tutor

I’m Kerrie, owner of Highgate Florist & Flower School.

I’ve built a floristry business working across weddings, funerals, everyday floristry, workshops, and teaching. I understand the realities, the doubts, the pressure — and how to build something that fits around family and real life.

I have been a professional florist for over 20 years and had retail shops as well as working from home over those years.
