All workshops must be paid at time of booking unless otherwise stated. 

We require 48 hours notice of any cancelled bookings. Cancellations after this time will still be charged for at full rate. 

If you need to cancel before the 48 hours notice you may get a refund or you can transfer your workshop to another available date. 

  • Do I need to pre book a workshop?
    Yes! We have limited numbers on each class to make sure everyone can gain enough help from one of the tutors. You can always call and see if we have any last minute space.
  • I can no longer come along to my booked workshop, can I swap or get my money back?"
    If you change or cancel your booking with MORE that 48 hours notice we can either refund you or change your booking. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will still be charged the full amount as it is likely we wont be able to fill your space and we would of also ordered all the workshop flowers.
  • What do I do if I have not got a booking confirmation?
    You should get a booking confirmation at time of booking. If you don't then please call us or email and we can get one over to you.
  • How many people are on a workshop?
    Its normall a maximum of 10 but it depends on what the workshop is. Some of the bigger courses/ workshops will be less numbers to cover time.
  • How long is a workshop?
    That will depend on which one you do, each booking should tell you a rough idea of time.
