Join me for a serene and soul-nourishing workshop where flowers meet mindfulness.

We’ll begin with a short gentle gratitude journaling exercise, inviting you to reflect on what this new season brings to your heart.

With calm breaths and an open mind, you’ll then create a floral arrangement that embodies those feelings — using soft spring blooms, fresh herbs, and natural textures.

 

This is more than just arranging flowers; it’s about slowing down, savoring the beauty around you, and expressing gratitude in a creative, hands-on way.

 

All materials, fresh flowers, and a beautiful gratitude journal to take home are included.

Complimentary herbal tea and coffee, we will set the tone for a truly calming afternoon.
